It was nearing the end of moonrise and Scarletwing knew this was her chance. While knowone was looking, Scarletwing slipped out behind the leader's den and off into the forest.After about ages of running, she arrived to a small Twoleg nest. Scarletwing leaped elegantly to the top of the fence and looked out into the garden.''Amy,''she called out. She saw her sister appear from the Twoleg door."Hi, it's been awhile,''Amy meowed. She jumped on top of the fence to sit by her sister.

Brightpaw padded out of the apprentice den yawning. She winced a bit as the cold water running over it splashed her and looked around camp. Walking to the fresh kill pile she sat waiting for something to do.

Foxstar was racing after a rabbit, when he and the rabbit crashed into the thorn bush. The rabbit quickly freed itself, but Foxstar was stuck, getting more and more tangled as he struggled. He finally gave up and let out a frustrated growl. |
